Alps Alpine recently announced the appointment of Sascha Kunzmann as the new President of the company in Europe, effective immediately. Kunzmann succeeds Wilfried Baumann, who will remain as Corporate Vice President and continue to oversee European business.

Professional career of Sascha Kunzmann
Kunzmann joined the manufacturers of electromechanical components and in-vehicle infotainment products in 2007. He has held various management positions in sales, business development, purchasing and engineering. Here he has played a major role in the growth of the company's automotive business and the development of new industrial IoT solutions. Most recently, he was Vice President of Engineering in Europe, where he played a key role in driving innovation and operational excellence. Since 2022, Sascha Kunzmann has also held the role of Managing Director. In his new role, he will be responsible for the overall operations in Europe.
