Nestlé is hiring for the head of operations post. Magdi Batato, currently Executive Vice President and Head of Operations, will retire at the beginning of 2024 after more than 30 years with Nestlé. He has held various positions on three continents. In his current position, Batato is responsible for the operations of hundreds of Nestlé factories around the world. He oversees procurement and logistics, and leads the company's sustainability efforts.

Stephanie Pullings Hart, currently Senior Vice President of Operations at optical company Warby Parker, will return to Nestlé as Deputy Head of Operations on July 01, 2023. After a handover period, she will assume the role of Head of Operations and join the Executive Board in early January 2024.

Professional career of Stephanie Pullings Hart

At Warby Parker, Stephanie Pullings Hart is responsible for manufacturing, supply chain and customer experience. Prior to her role, she was senior vice president of global operations at Beyond Meat. There, she reshaped the company's manufacturing and supply chain operations, which helped drive significant revenue growth. By 2018, Stephanie Pullings Hart had spent 23 years with the food company. During that time, she held positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, factory management, supply chain, research and development, and human resources. She has done so in various business units and on several continents.
