Rockwell Automation has appointed Emmanuel Guilhamon as Vice President Sustainability effective July 01, 2024. Guilhamon will report to Becky House, Senior Vice President, Chief People and Legal Officer. He is responsible for developing, leading and implementing Rockwell's global sustainability strategy, which focuses on three key objectives: sustainable customers, sustainable business and sustainable communities.
Guilhamon leads Rockwell's sustainability team, which works with internal and external partners to coordinate and implement the company's commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. The team will also drive the development of solutions to help manufacturers achieve their sustainability goals. Becky House emphasizes, that he has made a significant contribution to our company during his time at Rockwell and knows the company's customers and technology. She adds that he is passionate about the central role that industrial automation and digital transformation play in increasing our customers' resilience, optimizing their production and ultimately driving sustainability. With his global perspective and expertise, he is the right person to continue and further develop this important work.
In 2019, Guilhamon joined Rockwell as Sales Manager for the process industry in Global Sales & Marketing. In this position, he was responsible for sales and strategic direction. Prior to his move, he was Sales Director for Strategic Account Heavy Industries. Before joining Rockwell, Guilhamon was Sales Director at Cysalys, a start-up in the renewable energy sector. He began his career at Schlumberger, where he held various positions in engineering, field sales, recruitment, account and product management in the EMEA region as well as in North and South America.
Guilhamon holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering from ESIEE Paris. He also holds a Trium Global Executive MBA jointly awarded by New York University Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and Political Science and HEC School of Management Paris. He currently lives in Paris and will be relocating to the US with his family to work at Rockwell's headquarters in Milwaukee.
