Seasoned marketing professional, Brad Ettinger, joins ISPE

Brad Ettinger, Vice President of Marketing Communications ISPE

The International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) announced that it has named Brad Ettinger as Vice President of Marketing Communications. Effective 29 July 2019, Ettinger takes on this role at ISPE with extensive digital and traditional marketing experience in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. “Brad is a successful, team-oriented leader with a passion and talent for the development and growth of technology-based business and digital portfolios,” said John Bournas, CEO and President, ISPE. “His addition to the team will support ISPE’s continued growth and industry leadership. Brad’s unique background in biochemistry, chemical engineering and digital experience management will strengthen the Society’s ongoing initiatives to facilitate industry and regulatory discussions and efforts that ensure a reliable global supply of safe, high-quality medicines.”

Ettinger is a seasoned marketing professional with over 30 years in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He has broad and varied experience in development, management, and business growth of digital products and services, with both agency and client-side experience. He comes to ISPE from Icreon, a New York-Washington, DC-based digital innovation agency, where he served as Vice President, Solutions. Prior to this, he spent 13 years at the American College of Cardiology (ACC) in a variety of roles, most recently Senior Director, Digital Solutions. In his tenure at ACC, Ettinger worked closely with a spectrum of stakeholders - members, leadership, publishers, industry, associations and advocacy organizations - to develop impactful and engaging products and services.

Ettinger holds a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and Bachelors of Science in both Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
