Infrastructure specialist Panduit has made key changes to its corporate management. The aim is to set a new strategic course for sustainable growth, technological advancement, and digital transformation.

Clear division of roles at Panduit for greater strategic focus

Shannon McDaniel will focus entirely on his role as CEO in the future. This means that responsibility for Panduit's long-term development and strategic direction now lies entirely with him. The decision is intended to enable him to concentrate more on company-wide visions and forward-looking initiatives.

Presidential role redefined

With the appointment of Marc Naese as president, Panduit is expanding leadership responsibility within the organization. Naese will take over the management of global business areas and the coordination of sales, marketing, and operational processes. His mission: to implement the company's strategic cornerstones of innovation, manufacturing expertise, and customer focus in an even more targeted manner.

CTO role strengthens Panduit's technological excellence

Tom Kelly is taking on the newly structured role of Chief Technology Officer. He brings extensive experience from various leadership positions within Panduit. As CTO, he is now responsible for the overall technology strategy and innovation topics, a key element for further differentiation in the market.

New AI leadership as a sign of digital ambitions

In a newly created role, Rebecca Hulse will drive the company's digital agenda. As Director of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Strategy, she will coordinate AI initiatives and digital strategy projects. The manufacturer is thus underscoring the high importance that data-driven business models will have in the future.

Panduit invests in leadership for the next phase of growth

With the changes in its leadership team, the company is strengthening its position as a provider of innovative technologies for electrical and network infrastructure solutions. The realignment is intended to help translate technological developments into marketable solutions more quickly while securing global growth.
