The dates for the next edition of Drinktec have now been confirmed. Even before Drinktec 2025 opens its doors, trade fair organizer Yontex is already setting the course for the future: from 11 to 15 September 2028, the Munich exhibition grounds will once again serve as the center of the international beverage and liquid food industry. In preparation for Drinktec 2025, the market for the beverage and liquid food industry continues to demonstrate robust momentum. Figures from the VDMA - the conceptual sponsor of Drinktec - clearly show that the industry remains firmly on a growth trajectory. The market research institute Euromonitor forecasts global growth of 15.8% for soft drinks and 7.8% in the alcoholic beverages sector by 2028, based on 2024 data. Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East/Africa and Latin America in particular are among the regions with the highest growth rates.

Global megatrends such as connectivity, circular economy and hyperpersonalization - key terms from numerous forward-looking studies - are massively accelerating the pace of innovation in the industry. Investment cycles are correspondingly becoming shorter. „Yontex is keeping a close eye on these prospects and is continuously developing its portfolio.
