With more than 8,000 attendees, over 220 speakers, and more than 25,000 business connections made, Tech Show Frankfurt 2026 once again established itself as one of Europe’s leading platforms for digital technologies. The event combined the four flagship formats “Cloud & AI Infrastructure”, “Cloud & Cyber Security Expo”, “Big Data & AI World”, and “Data Centre World”, clearly demonstrating how closely infrastructure, artificial intelligence, data management, and cybersecurity are now interconnected.

Across the exhibition halls, it became evident that companies are increasingly approaching digital transformation from a holistic perspective. Key topics included high-performance AI infrastructures, resilient cloud architectures, secure data environments, and energy-efficient data centers. At the same time, the event once again served as an important networking and project platform for vendors, users, and decision-makers from across the European IT and digital economy.

“Data Centre World” focuses on energy efficiency and AI data centers

One of the core elements of Tech Show Frankfurt was once again “Data Centre World”. The event focused on current challenges related to data centers, energy supply, cooling technologies, sustainability, and infrastructure management. Discussions particularly centered around the impact of generative AI applications on the energy demands of modern data centers and the question of how high-performance IT infrastructures can be operated efficiently and sustainably. Numerous exhibitors presented solutions for energy-efficient cooling, edge computing, monitoring systems, and resilient power supply concepts. In doing so, “Data Centre World” reflected the ongoing expansion of digital infrastructure, which is currently being accelerated even further by AI applications.

“Cloud & AI Infrastructure” addresses new demands on digital platforms

“Cloud & AI Infrastructure” focused on modern cloud architectures, hybrid infrastructures, and AI-optimized platforms. Many companies are currently exploring how AI applications can be integrated into existing IT landscapes in a scalable way. As a result, GPU infrastructures, containerization, automation, and multi-cloud concepts became central topics throughout the exhibition. The event also highlighted how AI infrastructure is increasingly becoming a strategic competitive factor. Companies are investing heavily in flexible platforms capable of supporting data-intensive applications efficiently.

Cybersecurity remains a key topic of digital transformation

At the same time, “Cloud & Cyber Security Expo” brought topics such as cyber resilience, zero-trust architectures, and security strategies for cloud environments into focus. The growing interconnection of industrial and digital systems continues to increase pressure on companies to comprehensively secure their IT and data infrastructures. Discussions included regulatory requirements, secure identity management systems, and the protection of critical infrastructure. The intersection of AI and cybersecurity also played a major role in many presentations and panel discussions.

Data management and artificial intelligence shape “Big Data & AI World”

“Big Data & AI World” concentrated on the practical implementation of data-driven applications and artificial intelligence. Key topics included data analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and modern data platforms. Companies demonstrated how AI is increasingly being integrated into operational business processes and emphasized the importance of data quality, governance, and scalability. Many discussions also focused on the transition from experimental AI projects to productive industrial and enterprise applications. The event reflected a clear trend: AI is evolving from an innovation topic into an operational component of business management.

Tech Show Frankfurt: International platform for the digital economy

The high level of international participation and strong visitor attendance highlighted the importance of Tech Show Frankfurt within the European technology market. Numerous discussions revolved around concrete projects, partnerships, and investment decisions. The next Tech Show Frankfurt will take place again in Frankfurt on May 19–20, 2027.
