The Angst+Pfister Group has acquired a majority stake in FCE Gomma Srl in Turate (CO), Italy. Its founding family, Restelli, will continue to run the company's operations and ensure continuity for customers and employees. According to the business model of the Angst+Pfister Group, FCE Gomma will be integrated as an independent unit and strengthen the Angst+Pfister production channel.
